Acro is a dynamic style that blends the technique of dance with the athleticism of acrobatics. Students learn skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, and more, all while building strength, coordination, and control in a safe and supportive environment.

Thursday classes are grouped by school year level, with individualised progressions tailored to each dancer’s current ability and goals.

Saturday classes are structured by skill level: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced to support steady progression and focused skill development regardless of age.
