Why Work at Shine
At Shine, how we treat our team matters as much as how we treat our students. We’re a non-competitive dance studio built on community, confidence, mindfulness, courage and growth — and that applies inside the team, not just on the dance floor.
If you want to work somewhere you’re genuinely seen, not just rostered, check out our current vacancies below.
Come and be part of something different.
At Shine, dance is how we help children and adults feel confident, safe and seen. Our team are the people who make that happen, in every class and every conversation.
We don’t have any positions open right now. But if you read that and thought “that’s the kind of place I want to work”, we’d love to know about you.
Pop your details in the form below. When a role comes up that suits you, we’ll be in touch.
